Phase one of this 44-unit community advanced through record snowfall, evolving drainage needs, elevation restrictions, and inconsistent plans. We delivered its first ten residences and shared outdoor space on schedule while helping the remote ownership team navigate TRPA closeout and future-lot permits.

We build throughout the Lake Tahoe Basin and surrounding California and Nevada communities, including Zephyr Cove, Stateline, South Lake Tahoe, and Carson Valley.
Can you manage design and permitting as well as construction?
Yes. Our integrated team supports design, entitlements, development, excavation, and construction. A full-time staff attorney helps guide complex approvals and agency coordination.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold General Contractor licenses in California and Nevada, a California General Engineering license, and Nevada Plumbing, HVAC, and Grading/Excavation licenses. We are fully bonded and insured.
Do you take on commercial work?
Yes. Our portfolio includes more than 100 residential and commercial projects, from custom homes and multi-unit communities to complex commercial renovations.
